OPEN RECORDS POLICY
Pursuant to the provisions of the Pennsylvania “Right-to-Know Law,” 65 P.S. §§ 66.1 – 66.9, as amended by Act 3 of 2008, which became effective January 1, 2009, Collingdale Borough hereby issues this notice to inform requesters who make a request to the Borough for a record under the Right-to-Know Law.
How Do I Request a Document?
All requests under the Right-to-Know Law should be addressed to the Borough’s Open Records Officer, Secretary Sheena Butler.
